How we work
Step 1: Register via our registration form.
Registering with SUPAIR is completely free. Please fill out your registration as completely as possible. The more we know, the better we can search for that perfect job.
Step 2: Intake interview
At SUPAIR we take plenty of time for you: on average, an intake takes 1 to 1.5 hours. We use this time to get a good idea of your personal motivations and skills.
Step 3: Vacancies
As soon as we find a suitable vacancy, we will contact you immediately. We discuss the vacancy through telephone or at our office. Also keep an eye out for opprtunities yourself.
Still interested? We will then send your anonimous cv and motivation to our client.
Step 4: You will hear from us whether you have been invited for an interview
We will discuss tips and tricks with you in advance, either by phone or at our office. This ensures you are well-prepared for the interview.
After the interview, let us know how it went.
Step 5: Starting the job
We take care of all the paperwork up to and including your start date. Once you have started working, we will stay in touch.

Guidelines of SUPAIR
We are committed to everyone who registers with SUPAIR and has attended an intake interview. What we expect from you is your full commitment and openness. To ensure a good working relationship, we have established a number of ground rules:
- Keep us informed!
Let us know in time which companies you have applied to yourself and where you will be having interviews.
Also report any changes, such as a part-time job, vacation, graduation date, etc. - Make use of our network
Planning to apply to a company yourself? Please contact us first! SUPAIR has a large network, we may be able to put you in direct contact with the relevant company. - All contact with our clients takes place via SUPAIR
We will contact the company and send your CV.Have you been invited for an interview? We will schedule the interview in consultation with you, and we will also handle the feedback.
